A. Refund & Return Policy
Please make all returns within 30 days of purchase. Return the items with a copy of the invoice. All items being returned must be new, and in the same condition in which they were shipped. Once the returned items have been inspected by our staff, we will issue a credit or refund. Sorry! We cannot accept returns of books or videos.
For refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must make a return as described above within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days after the product(s) are returned. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned for a refund.
B. Exchange Policy
Please make all exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Return the items with a copy of the invoice, and please include a note listing the detail of the items you would like exchanged. All items being exchanged must be new, and in the same condition in which they were shipped. Once the items being exchanged have been inspected by our staff, replacements will be shipped.
Faster service! If you would like faster service, please order replacement items and ship back the items for exchange (with your note). Once the items for exchange have been inspected by our staff, replacements will be shipped.
